At US Olympic Training Center, she trained after her transfer to Colorado Springs. She also received her degree BSc. in Health Science, with a specific focus on Strength and Conditioning, from the University of Colorado. She pursued Masters in Sports Management showing her sports oriented nature and interest. She stated that she desires to earn trophies like her brother. Her father already wrestled in high school so acted as initial coach for her.

Professional Career

She has served as Graduate Assistant for TWU wrestling program where she supported head coach. She has reached Final X to take part in senior level competitions. She had represented the United States on the Senior National Team for more than a decade.

Golston earned her place by winning the Senior World Team Trials Challenge Tournament in Louisville, Kentucky, where she defeated Kendra Ryan in the finals. She faced rising star Audrey Jimenez in a best-of-three series.
